The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, located beside the River Clyde in Glasgow City Centre, provides specialist palliative care for people with terminal illnessess, usually cancer, and support for their families and carers. All Hospice services are free, regardless of our patients' circumstances. As a registered charity, we rely on the generosity of our supporters for more than two-thirds of our funding.

The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a registered charity providing care free of charge to all of our patients. The cost of doing so is an estimated £4million this year and, despite generous support from NHS Greater Glasgow, £2.6 million must come from voluntary contributions and fundraising activities.

That means we must raise over £7,000 every single day just to keep the doors open. It's a huge task which takes the energy, enthusiasm and generosity of thousands of people each year. There are many ways you can help us do this so please get involved!
