If you have not already registered please do so by simply clicking 'Register Now' or ring the Income Generation Office on 01978 314292 to request for registration forms to be sent via post.  Registration is £13 for runners who are affiliated to a UK Athletics club and registration is £13 for non affiliated participants.    Please note that you do not have to have any prior athletics experience to participate in this event, nor are you committed to race, but encouraged to take part. The event including the race track is registered to the Welsh Athletics association; you will therefore receive a time at the end of the race.  There will be prizes for different race categories for example, quickest male and female, age categories, Inter Athletic Club competition and many more.  More information will be given in your sponsorship pack once you have registered.
