I have never done anything like this before, but after my mum jumped last year I decided I would love to do it too.

Springhill Hospice opened in 1989 and provides specialist palliative care for people with life-limiting illness throughout the Rochdale Borough and surrounding areas.

In addition to services for patients, care is extended to their carers and families.

The Hospice is an independent charitable organisation and relies heavily on voluntary contributions.
