Hi everyone,

In a typical 'Sole' manner, Matt and I have left it last minute and decided to run the Brighton Marathon on April 15th. As you are all aware last November dad gave us all quite a scare. However, beacause of the amazing treatment and care he received from the superb doctors and nurses, he has thankfully made a full recovery and is back to the good old Brian (now bionic) we all know and love.

We are therefore running in aid of The Sussex Heart Charity (see below).

We are a Sussex based charity, supporting cardiac services in Sussex; we have been able to make an enormous impact on the services offered both in hospital and in the community. Many essential pieces of equipment used in the Sussex cardiac centre and in the community have been funded by our charity.
