On the 15th April Emma Webster, Paul Barker and Nicky Upton are running in the Brighton Marathon 2012. A first for us all!

We have chosen a local charity for run for, The Sussex Heart Charity, in memory of Emma's father, who sadly and unexpectedly passed away from a heart attack in December 2011.

In addition to the Marathon, both Emma and Nicky are running the Brighton Half Marathon on the 19th February and Paul is taking on the Meon Valley Plod (21 miles of cross country hills!) on the 12th February.

We are a Sussex based charity, supporting cardiac services in Sussex; we have been able to make an enormous impact on the services offered both in hospital and in the community. Many essential pieces of equipment used in the Sussex cardiac centre and in the community have been funded by our charity.
