The Ninewells Cancer Campaign (NCC) is a Dundee based charity, established more than 20 years ago with the aim of raising money to support the world leading cancer research being carried out at Ninewells Hospital and Medical School in Dundee. The NCC has also provided substantial support for improved facilities for cancer patients in Dundee, including provision of a dedicated entrance to the Princess Alexandra Centre, the outpatient chemotherapy treatment area with Tayside Cancer Centre in Ninewells Hospital. Importantly, NCC funding has helped to promote increasingly close collaborations between research scientists and clinicians in Dundee, which is helping to reduce the gap between ‘bench and bedside’.

We are proud to have raised more than £20 million since 1991, and are very grateful for the support received from local charitable trusts, local fundraisers, and local cancer patients and their families and friends.

Ongoing fundraising is helping to promote collaborative translational research in the recently created Jacqui Wood Cancer Centre, the new home for more than 150 cancer research doctors and scientists at Ninewells Hospital.
